Restoring Motorcycles - Frames & Forks

Restoring Motorcycles --- Frames and Forks was written by the famous bike historian and restorer Roy Bacon, and published by Osprey Publishing in 1989.
The sixth in Roy’s great series for motorcycle restorers, this book deals with the frame and forks, thus including the suspension system. This may be less glamorous than the engine, but as the skeleton that the whole machine relies on for support, it is just as vital!
As such, it is covered in great detail, in over 120 pages, illustrated with photographs, diagrams and line drawings every step of the way.
Measuring approx 8”x10 ½”, this book will ensure you finish up with good roadholding and precise steering, not weaves, wobbles and worry! Whether you are starting from scratch with a basket case, or refurbishing a trusty friend, this book is for you.
